Iwood B&B is a secluded house with delightful gardens situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. You have distant views of the South Downs and the sea. A short walk takes you to the local shops, restaurants and cafes.
There is off-road parking for cars and secure storage for bicycles.
All rooms are en-suite with LCD TV/DVD combo, free wi-fi, hospitality tray, small refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and digital clock radio with ipod docking station. Toiletries and towels are supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Our extensive breakfast menu includes home-made preserves. Special diets catered for upon request.
You will be given your own keys allowing you to come and go as you please. We have a no smoking policy in the house but there is an outdoor smoking room.
As we have our own dogs and free range chickens we are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.

Iwood is situated in the small market town of Heathfield, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and close to the local attractions of East Sussex. Spend the day on the South Coast with Eastbourne only 25 minutes drive and Brighton 45 minutes. Ideally situated for day trips by rail to London from Buxted or Stonegate stations and for cross-Channel ferries from Dover and Newhaven. Gatwick airport is a 40 minute journey by car.
